Counselling

I believe that all of us reach points in our lives where we become unable to work through challenges in ourselves or our relationships. This is a normal part of the human experience. Many of us don't have many people in our lives we can talk to as our authentic, confused selves. A trained counsellor will focus solely on you - to see you, hear you and understand you in a way you may never have experienced before. These conversations allow you to understand yourself in new and life changing ways. Whether it's a life, relationship, transition, emotional or motivation issue, talking can really help create change in your life. 

The modalities I am informed by include; 


Relationship coaching

Are you estranged from a loved one and wish to reconnect?

Are you having the same looping problems over and over again in your relationships with others - colleagues, family, friends, romantic partners?

Do you find yourself constantly triggered by other people's behaviour?

Talking to a trained therapist or relationship coach can assist you in understanding and changing how you are in relationships. Conflict conversations and mediated sessions can help you reconnect to loved ones in new and safe ways. 


Advocacy and Transition Coaching

Are you navigating through a divorce and need support getting things started, dealing with lawyers or parenting arrangements?

Do you want to create a vision and plan for building the life you want from a life that has changed?

Has a major life change (divorce, spiritual awakening, illness or death) left you feeling that you don't know 'where to next?'

Coaching can help you determine what you want/ need and put a plan in place to make it happen.
